If you are buying, this can include estimation of the market value, assessing the adequacy of the price, giving an expert opinion regarding the selected property, helping with preparation of the Offer, advising on negotiation strategy, etc.

If you are selling, the services can include evaluation of the current status of the real estate market in your area, assessing the selling price, advising on the pre-sale preparation, consulting on how to increase the value of your property, helping you with reviewing offers, etc. Also my team can prepare advertising materials ready for distribution. The fee will depend on the amount of services that you request.
